More REWARDS

In Fortnite Save the World, players can participate in Timed Missions that provide additional rewards such as evolution materials, experience, schematics, heroes, defenders, survivors, perk resources, or V-Bucks. These Timed Missions can only be completed once and are indicated on the map by a clock symbol. The missions change every 24 hours. While there are various types of Timed Missions, only Mini-Boss missions offer V-Bucks as a reward. These missions may also be called Mini-Boss Mission Alerts or simply Mission Alerts. Players can check the Fortnite Save the World game to stay updated on the current Mini-Boss Mission Alerts. It is common for V-Bucks to be given as a reward for completing a Mini-Boss mission, but they can’t be obtained as regular mission rewards. These rewards usually range from 25-40 V-Bucks per mission, with the missions changing daily. Repeating the same mission will not result in receiving an additional bonus reward. Timed Missions, such as Storm missions, only offer evolution materials as a bonus reward, while Elemental Storm missions provide elemental perk resources for the corresponding elements. As you progress through the main questline, you will unlock new areas with more missions to complete. Completing each Storm Shield Defense as part of your questline will reveal additional mission locations within that area. Your journey begins in Stonewood, and it takes completing 34 quests to unlock Plankerton. Once Plankerton is completed, you will gain access to Canny Valley. The final area available to unlock is Twine Peaks. Each location presents a higher difficulty level than the previous one, requiring more quests to progress. You will also find more challenging areas offer more frequent and higher V-Buck rewards. In addition to unlocking new mission spots, your progress will unlock different types of missions, materials, and daily quests.

The rewards for Mini-Boss missions include V-Bucks, evolution materials, experience, schematics, heroes, and perk resources. Displayed at the top of the page are the latest Mini-Boss Mission Alerts, along with their corresponding rewards. These updates are retrieved from the Save the World servers every 15 minutes, allowing users to view them without launching the game. Regardless of the location of the V-Buck reward mission, many players will likely complete it to obtain the free V-Bucks.

Patch v2.3 scaled Mission Alerts out to six outside of Stonewood, adding Mini-Bosses to each, and thus required their name change to Mini-Boss Mission Alerts. Patch v3.4 pivoted these Mini-Boss Mission Alerts to focus on Transform Keys and high rarity items - removing all crafting ingredients from the reward pool. With that previous change, it seems the average V-Bucks paid out from missions has increased from the 15-30 range to 25-40 V-Bucks. Since patch v3.5, it is no longer possible to select Mini-Boss Mission Alerts in Stonewood and in Plankerton if the according mission was not yet unlocked. It is still possible though to get into these alerts when you're in a party with higher-level players. Since patch v4.2, perk resources have been added to the reward pool too. Some events also increased the amount of available missions during the event by more than a factor of two. Patch v9.00 removed the daily cap of 3 mission alerts, changed the rotation schedule from 6 hours to every 24 hours.
